Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx): 2–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping (contiguous US only).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Flat rate shipping: $7.99 (standard), $14.99 (expedited).

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to the 50 US states and Puerto Rico.
  • PO Boxes: USPS only; UPS/FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Hawaii & Alaska: Additional shipping fees may apply.

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • We ship to selected countries; duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) available for Canada.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged items.
  • Lost packages will be investigated by the carrier; refunds or replacements are offered based on carrier resolution.

Holiday & Peak Season

  • Delivery delays may occur during holidays, Black Friday, or severe weather.
